Really disappointed in my experience with them. I had them install new ducts alongside my new insulation which was fine. They forgot to complete the entirety of the job and it was only noticed when I had the supervisor come back out. That was finally resolved but I kept being told that there was not much else I could do to cool my house. I went to another company the next day and they were able to find a variety of inefficient and broken things and I ended up having them install a new unit. I had asked first class multiple times if a new unit would be a good idea and they kept dragging their feet. Since installing the new unit my ac runs 75% less! It used to run 22 hours a day unable to cool but now it runs maybe 4 hours total on a hot day. I’m glad I found a solution but mad I wasted time trying to use first class.
