Excellent service, superior customer service and quick turn around times. Josh, Julie, Tim and Justin were exceptional, understanding plus very knowledgeable. Tim, Josh and Justin installed a brand new Air Conditioner along with furnace. Josh, Tim and Justin were exceptional answered any questions we had and cleaned up everything. We would highly recommend Master Service of Tulsa Heating & Air Conditioning.

I am sending this review in for my senior parents Marion and Marilyne Akin..... This was our first time using Master Service with no regrets. We had all new heat and air units installed by Julio and Josh. They were very professional, informative and a pleasure to have in our home. They didn't seem to mind my following them around, watching them work and asking questions. They were very thorough in their explanations and even showed me things to check before calling for help should a problem arise. They made their time very enjoyable while they were here, I enjoyed visit with them while they worked. I most definitely will refer Master Service to my friends and family. Very professional and understanding on the phone service. Justin showed up very quick considering the icy road conditions. Justin was very professional and positive about the problem. He was also empathetic in regards to the cost of the part needing to be replaced. He was knowledgeable about parts and cost and included one quote for the service call, part, and labor, which was also very reasonable. Highly recommended company for all around great service.
