specifically for Jesse Drosche. In June we had a severe hail storm, the day after the storm hit Jesse was out with his ladder offering free estimates. His initiative was outstanding, he showed up ladder in hand and offered to do it right away. After looking he sent me pictures, so I could talk to my husband about the roof. Jesse showed me what he was looking at on the roof and explained how the damage would be evaluated to get the whole roof replaced. Jesse was in contact with my husband and i the whole process. He even came back out on a Sunday to meet with the insurance agent and offered to hall away storm damaged limbs we had fall during the storm that happened after the hail storm. NUROOF is a great company. They did an excellent job on replacing my roof. Took old roof off, put new decking, vents and shingles on in one day. I was amazed. The crew they have are professional, polite, and they clean up the mess like nothing was ever done. Cass Benner is the best, he's honest and so kind. He is always available if you need him. Cody Benner came by also while the job was being done to see if the workers needed anything or if we had any questions, great personality.
