Duane and Josh were outstanding! They explained what needed to be done, then found an innovative way of getting past an attic installation challenge and when done, they cleaned up and explained to me the operation of the auto shut off sensor device. The electricity in my living room and bedroom went out. I contacted laser and they sent a person out within 2 hours to repair the issue. I'm happy with their service they're nice and reasonable. I will call them agaif I have issues
