Duane and Josh were outstanding! They explained what needed to be done, then found an innovative way of getting past an attic installation challenge and when done, they cleaned up and explained to me the operation of the auto shut off sensor device. Zach did a fantastic task hooking up my heat pump/ electric water heater. He was also professional and he did solution my questions and he took a couple suggestions i had like extending the cooper line so I can reach the home water shut off value that was behind the water heater.
My stopped cooling early in the morning. Leroy came at 8 pm; I was amazed they were still working then. Within 15 minutes he was able to diagnose and repair the issue and get the back on. In this heat I was grateful for his help. He was also and personable.
