T-Town Roofing

Caleb our project manager went far above and beyond the necessary after an unexpected hiccup caused a big expensive problem. Caleb and the T-town team worked quickly to fix the problem at no cost to us! 100% would recommend to family and friends!

Everything was great until the first decent storm. Then water starts pouring down my walls. Ive called them multiple times and they sent someone out who took pictures. Then i never heard back from them. MY ROOF LEAKS MORE NOW THEN IT DID BEFORE THEY REPLACED MY ROOF.!!!

Had t-town come out to assess my roof after damage from wind storm blew a bunch of shingles off. They came out quickly to assess the damage and give us a bid. They got on the roof and even put a small tarp over the region with the greatest shingle loss (about 5 foot by 5 foot area). They were courteous and got back with us with their estimate quickly. Unfortunately, their bid was the highest out of the 4 companies that came out. Due to the higher price (despite comparable quality shingles), we decided not to use t-town. About a week later, we got a follow-up call from t-town asking us if we were going to use their services. We when let them know we were using another company, much to our surprise, they told us that since we aren’t going with them that we now owe $500 for the tarp that they placed. It is no shock that there would be a charge for this service but it would have been nice to have this disclosed beforehand. The charge was $500. Seems a little steep to me for somebody havin
