I live in BA and had a toilet that didn't want to drain. Cody, then Mike (the owner) and Zeke came out and still couldn't get it to drain. Then Mike called Joshua out here with the "Big Gun's." Still couldn't get it. Who ever built this house didn't accommodate access so that "Normal" techniques of drain cleaning could be accomplished. After nearly three hour's of professional and dedicated get the job done attitude they went through the sink drain adjacent to the troublesome toilet and "Voila"...the toilet started to drain. Through all of this they maintained professional, courteous and friendly attitude and didn't charge me an arm and a leg when they got the job done. I cannot say enough good things about Deanna Hudson and her team at Total Plumbing and Drain. We have had to utilize them several times over the past 2 yrs and each time is a blessing. My 94 yo MIL had a big problem. A big name plumber was going to charge her $8K. Total came out, cleared the line for about $200 and got her up and running. This weekend our washer backed up. They came out. Got it cleared. There was a glitch. Came out a second time and fixed it at no charge. What?! Always "Yes, ma'am", "Thank you, ma'am." They clean up after themselves to the best of their ability. They had to move big rocks around a flower bed to get to the clean out for the washer. They replaced everything.
