Fast service and friendly people. I laughed through the initial contact…excellent receptionist! There was a cancellation so they were available less than 24 hours later. Mr. Black was out to diagnose the issue (mainly a non-functioning, 40 year old electrical panel) and provided me with several options for fixing the issue from temporary to permanent. He was very personable and friendly. Then, they were able to replace and fix everything in just over half the quoted time and the two men completing the job were professional, friendly, and explained everything in detail. Jonathan and Zach were amazing! They arrived on time, completed all their tasks, were pleasant and polite, cleaned up after their work (the kitchen may be cleaner now than when they arrived), and corrected our electrical issues. I’m always impressed with the quality of service I get. They explain the issue, action steps, and provide me a little education so I can better understand for future reference. To compliment the quality of service, they have the best staff. Respectful, polite, and punctual!
