We woke up to a leaking hot water heater. Bobby patiently walked us through what we needed to do to prevent damage to our house. Even though they were booked solid, they were able to work us in and replace our water heater the same day. Robert was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Robert called and was able to come 3 hrs earlier than scheduled. Yay! He was efficient and knowledgeable. Also gave me tips to prevent future problems. I won't use anyone else and recommend to friends as well.
