I wish I could give more stars than 5! I would 100% recommend Pro-Rooter. We had the drain line to our washer backing up. We called and Angus was headed to his last call of the day but said he would stop by afterwards. He communicated when he was headed to our house and showed up on time. He worked diligently to unclog the drain. He was so personable and even checked back a few days later to make sure the washer was still draining properly. Great customer service! Will definitely use him again for any future problems. Service: Drain cleaning
Had such a great experience. Had them come out to look at our water heater due to a leak. Around our scheduled time they contacted me and at my house in 15min. The two gentlemen were very knowledgeable and kind. Overall super easy process for me and our issue was resolved!
