First, I am not one to write reviews, good or bad; however, this company hands down impressed me 100% +++ The technician was actually early, which was great because it was day 4 of my AC quitting on me. My house was up to 96 degrees inside. Cooper was professional, efficient, and spot on w/his knowledge of AC units. He was honest and only replaced parts necessary to get my AC working again. I told him I see why your company has a 5 star rating!! I want to tell others about Shockley’s.
