Jake and James were on time, friendly, professional and did an excellent job! Jake explained what he was doing and not only cleaned the vent but inspected for proper venting from the dryer all the way to the venting from the roof (and cleaned up the lint off the roof). He also went above and beyond and checked for mold in my attic when I mentioned that I had had a roof leak that had been fixed a few months ago. I used these guys a few months ago for HVAC maintenance and duct cleaning. I liked them so much it was easy to call them again when it was time for our dryer vent cleaning. (HOA dictates the timeframe that needs to happen, otherwise I’d have had it serviced on their initial visit) Communication was great, service was prompt and professional, and they answered ask my questions.
