Artur showed up, and was quickly able to find and address a number of issues left behind by the installers. He was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and friendly. Unlike the installer, who showed up hungover and puking on my fence, and missed a number of issues during the install, which resulted in a gas leak in my garage that the installer couldn't be bothered to address due to the fact that it was discovered on a weekend. I highly recommend Arthur and BCC, and will continue using them in the future.
Just had my 1st service with this company for my AC unit. Leonard did excellent work from what I can tell; he was also very professional and friendly while doing the work. I'll use them again for sure.
The folks at Bruton are the best. The customer service (James) is exceptional. And the actual service (Joe) is timely, clean and effective. Thanks guys for getting our home back to toasty and warm as quickly as humanly possible!
