I always have a lot of questions on anything mechanical and Arthur, our service advisor, clarified my confusion on which filter to use with our new AC system. He explained the difference between a 1" and a 2" and how to order them online. He was the lead person when we had our system installed a year ago and I recall then how professional and knowledgeable he was at that time--plus friendly and personable. Thank you Arthur!
