I always have a lot of questions on anything mechanical and Arthur, our service advisor, clarified my confusion on which filter to use with our new AC system. He explained the difference between a 1" and a 2" and how to order them online. I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Bruton Comfort Control! My AC wasn’t working so I reached out to them and they immediately responded to my call, squeezed me into their schedule and a few days later they fixed my AC. They were very responsive via phone call , text message updates and email. When they were on their way for the repair I received a text message letting me know, which was very helpful.
