Electric Norm

We have called upon Electric Norm to address electrical contracting tasks in our home three times now. The technicians arrived promptly, assessed the task quickly and thoroughly and even made suggestions that turned out to be best-case options. Each time they have come, they far exceeded expectations. After the worked, they left our place in immaculate condition. This business although it poses as Electric Norm appears to really be Mister Sparky, this is quite deceiving practice to pose as another business, in the end Mr. Sparky is the provider. When I paid, my card showed the payment was collected by Mr. Sparky. Not to happy with what they did, they claim the fixed the issue but left quickly and then I got a phone call with the bill, the standard $640 charge. The guy on the phone had no idea of what they did, he was just collecting the payment. I should have not paid until the explanation was received. Service: Electrical wiring repair

We have worked now with Devon from Electric Norm twice--once when we first purchased our home 18 months ago to replace a lot of knob and tube electrical wiring. It was a big job, but he did great -- very conscientious and communicative. We just had him come out to look at some possible projects for the future and install our new ring doorbell as the wiring was problematic.
