This is only my Experience as well and reading others seems like other people have had different experiences. I hired Hipolito to do an emergency roofing patch repair for a commercial space. He scheduled for the morning at 9am. After waiting an hour on the job site in order for him to get access to the roof he no showed. When I reached out to him, he said his driver was sick. I HAD to ask if that meant he wasn't coming. He said No. I ASKED if he wanted to reschedule. He said No. Waste of my time and very unprofessional.

I had Mr. Gonzalez come to my house to assess my roof and provide me with a quote to replace my roof. When he came he said he was going to take a look at it and send me an email with the price. That was 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t heard back from him. Too bad, he seemed like a nice guy and had good reviews on him. That was my experience. I hope yours is better.
