Had exterior trim replaced by them about a year ago. Work has held up poorly. Pillar trim has come apart, incorrect quality lumbar used, caulking has not held up. Would not recommend for exterior work.
Chris did an exceptional job. I found him to be professional and skilled! He got through a bunch of electrical and plumbing fixes successfully for us. I look forward to working with Chris again. Service: Faucet repair
DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANY LANDLORD OR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY. Here’s why: the owner, he’s a loose cannon and liability. He was dishonest in our first, and only encounter. He could really get you into some hot water with his angry and retaliatory behavior. It’s a risk that landlords cannot afford to take. It’s better to hire someone with some accountability and oversight.
