We had Jeremy out for preventative maintenance. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He did find a couple of issues in our heat pump caused by critters. He was able to correct them, which I’m sure has prevented a future emergency service call.
Taylor was our service technician and I think he did an awesome job. He was very courteous and professional. He took the time to explain in detail the issues and went to the furnace to show me exactly what he would be doing. He also gave me alternatives and the implications of the different options. I will be asking for Taylor the next time we call Cascade Heating.
Gerald did a great job explaining how a heat pump would keep our home warm in the winter and cool in the summer. After some back and forth we finally chose the unit that would work for our home. Installation was only a week out and we were pleased as we need AC now. I highly recommend Cascade Heating for your cooling and heating needs. I can’t recommend them enough.
