originally I talked to Tim who sounded very friendly and worked well to set up an a visit. I called back several days later to check on when I might get the tech out at my place as no one was there yet and the guy I talked with was a complete jerk. not doing business with them for now and if I ever do it will only be through Tim.
This place is great! Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had a problem turning on my sprinklers and he called me right away and gave me directions on how do get it done. Highly recommend this place.
I called Cascade at 8:30 in the morning due to losing all water in our house. By 10:30pm Mike had arrived, diagnosed the issue, explained the problem, installed the required new parts, and was on his way. If you lose water and are on a well give cascade a call for super fast and friendly service! Thanks guys.
