Very pleasant experience. Good communication regarding timing of appointment. Alec was very personable and efficient. I liked that he would explain what he was doing as he serviced our equipment. Signed up for their Comfort Club Service to insure continued, timely maintenance of our system.
Alec was very efficient and concentrated on the work at hand. The whole experience was so much better than my last service concert. And I saved a large amount of money.
