Pinewood Appliance Repair

We have an elderly Sub Zero refrigerator 20+ years old which quit working. Our service technician got to us a day early, replaced a switch and all is working like new. Completely reasonable price (it is a Sub Zero), timely, friendly, and glad they were the first to call us back. We have used them in the past with other appliances and they have always done a great job for us.

I needed a part for our dryer. I called Pinewood Appliance Repair to see if they had the part. They called back and said they had the part, but it was past their closing time. But they were able to accommodate me and I had a working dryer instead of waiting over the weekend for the part. I'm very grateful for Pinewood Appliance Repair.

I had a refrigerator and dishwasher not working. The technician spent 25 mins looking over the problem. I spent some time on YouTube and fixed both appliances without purchasing new parts. I would hope this repair company would have been able to do more than I can as a first home buyer.
