After dealing with Multiple contractors that were late, rude, over priced and under qualified I came across Steven with Punchlist Property. Same day he came out and looked at a small flooring project I wanted done. Gave me an estimate on the spot which eventually came in under budget and quicker than expected. He was friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and never left a mess. I felt safe leaving him at my house by himself. I called Steven with Punchlist Property Service to redue my floor after it flooding. He came to the house same day and gave me a quote. It was a good price and very well done.
