In a very tight housing market where contractors are difficult to even contact, Total Home Solutions really came through for me getting my house fixed up to move-in condition with attention to detail and photos to confirm completion of work. Service: Home renovations
I will start by saying that the THS guys are awesome, they did our floors and they did a great job. The sub contractors that THS uses are awful and when I sent Ryan an email about their work he said he would send someone to fix it and I never heard back from him again. Our countertops were not sealed all the way and we have yellowing, the painted cabinets are chipping and the paint wipes off when I clean them with a damp rag, our glass tile is hazy from the grout that wasn't fully wiped off and we have piles of grout and tile spacer behind the stove that from the backsplash installation. Again, Ryan's THS guys are awesome but it is too bad subs did most of the work, they are not good and Ryan doesn't stand behind their work (5 stars for THS guys, 1 star for the subs and unfortunately the subs did most of the work on our remodel).
