This local company and their technicians came HIGHLY recommended by many many community members. It was a breeze to make an appointment online. Unfortunately I misread the date and had to call to reschedule. When I called in, the person speaking to me was very efficient and kind. They quickly got us rescheduled to a day that fit our calendar better. We received a text message confirmation of the appointment, a reminder confirmation the day before, and a message when the tech was en route. Our technician was Alex. He was here on time and didn’t dillydaddle in getting to work. He was friendy and helpful. He told us about our (old) system, ways to keep it running, and walked us through the issue. Daniel arrived at the early end of the estimated time, diagnosed the failed part, replaced the item, tested the system and has us cooling again! I recently had a heat pump installed and the team was excellent. They were on time, professional, and courteous.
