We had a drain pipe in our wall that had been slowly leaking before it completely broke, so water had been getting into our crawl space and floors for quite a while without us knowing it. Given the age of our home, Daniel tested the flooring for asbestos and it came back positive, making our smallish leak issue into a whole kitchen rehab. The crew was unfailingly kind, patient and professional. They called to let us know when they'd be arriving and made sure that we knew what they were doing and why. They wound up removing all of the flooring, all of the lower cabinetry, building an enclosure around the area of external wall the plumber had to remove, and drying everything out, which took just about 10 days total.
