I've used Ace Home Services in the past and have always been satisfied with their results, pricing is reasonable, work was completed quickly and properly. The cleaner/installer (Michael) was courteous and efficient and left no mess behind. Thank you Michael. My new roof was installed in 2021 by another company and I was not aware that they had taken off the gutter screens and had not replaced them so my gutters were a mess. As I am new to the Pacific Northwest, this was my first experience with roof cleaning. I was very impressed by Ace Home Services. In addition to cleaning and treating the roof, they repaired some attic vent and ducts that extend from the roof. They also trimmed back some tree branches overhanging the roof. The men who did the work were exceptionally courteous, friendly, and professional. They kept us informed throughout the process, and the quality of the work is excellent. We will use them for an annual roof service, and we also will contact them for a bid on painting our home next spring. I recommend them most highly.
