Needed to get our roof and gutters cleaned and treated, and we are so happy we went with Ace. Everyone we worked with was responsive and professional, and despite some unavoidable rescheduling due to weather, we had no issues throughout the process. Andy, our estimator, was very friendly and knowledgeable, arrived on time, did a great job explaining the process, and gave us a very reasonable quote on the spot with no pressure to make an appointment immediately. Scheduling and rescheduling was easy, and they were very communicative with appointment emails and reminders. Paul and his crew arrived on time, and did an excellent job and our roof looks better than ever. Overall very happy with the service received, and will definitely keep them in mind for future needs and refer others to do the same!

ACE Home Services came through again. It had been a couple years since they were out to our home so a roof inspection was in order (all good). We scheduled an appointment for them to apply preventative moss control treatment to the roof and this was completed yesterday. Paul and his co-worker(sorry, I forgot his name) did a great job. They were also professional, polite and easy to interact with.
