Ron is the man! I called him at 4pm on a Friday about my fridge that just went out unexpectedly. He helped me diagnose the problem in about 5 minutes on the phone. I will certainly go back to Ron next time I have an issue with my fridge.

American refrigeration came out and fixed my 2 door beverage cooler with in 48hrs. The service technician was very professional and explained exactly what was wrong with it. The price was reasonable and was fixed the same day. Will use them again. Highly recommended.

My employer switched to this company after a billing issue with our previous contractor. Our first interaction was great, showed up the day of and even had the part to fix our ice machine. It was a ~$150 BS piece of plastic that I did vet to be somewhat accurately priced. Labor cost was a little generous but if any contractor (plumber, electrician, etc.) charges you for just an hour of labor I'm fairly happy. Their employee was speaking negatively about their competitors, whom we had just ended relationships with. Using expletives and saying you're paying for one expert and an apprentice. This recent interaction, a few weeks after, wasn't the same at all. Their receptionist was respectful and told me a technician would contact me. Whoever did (I wish i remebered his name), was pretty rude and honestly sounded bothered that I had an issue. Part of me wanted to ask if he wanted my business?
