My employer switched to this company after a billing issue with our previous contractor. Our first interaction was great, showed up the day of and even had the part to fix our ice machine. It was a ~$150 BS piece of plastic that I did vet to be somewhat accurately priced. Labor cost was a little generous but if any contractor (plumber, electrician, etc.) charges you for just an hour of labor I'm fairly happy. Their employee was speaking negatively about their competitors, whom we had just ended relationships with. Using expletives and saying you're paying for one expert and an apprentice. This recent interaction, a few weeks after, wasn't the same at all. Their receptionist was respectful and told me a technician would contact me.
