Arrowhead Roof Cleaning did an excellent job for a competitive price (I got 4 bids). I have been cleaning my roof for many years and know what it takes. I am now getting a little old to be up on our two story roof and decided to hire a professional. James, at Arrowhead, is smart, hardworking and understands how to maximize shingle life while getting the moss removed. We also had them pressure wash our mildew stained white rain gutters and they look great! I highly recommend James and his crew at Arrowhead! I worked with James at Arrowhead Roof Cleaning & Exteriors to help improve curb appeal and get my house/deck ready to be painted. James worked well with me, was responsive, showed up when he said he would, and did an excellent job. My patio out front was dark green to darker black and when he was finished everything looked new again. He worked for two days and I couldn't have been happier with his excellent work. We found James @ Arrowhead through a search to find someone to clean the moss from our roof and clear our gutters. James was quick to respond and setup an appointment with us to take a look at the job. James put together the more than fair estimate and was up front that it was his busy season and it would be a couple weeks to get on the schedule. James was able to fit us in quickly and his crew came out to do the work. Towards the end of the job the wind had picked up quite a bit so they had to delay the application of the moss control. His crew also let us know that they took great care with our older roof and were able to control any damage when removing the moss by taking their time. His team came back a week or so later to finish the moss treatment. When presented with the invoice it was exactly what we had agreed upon, there were no surprises. Everyone was great at communicating with us, treated us respectfully and did a good job. We'll be having James handle the pressure
