Called for roof maintenance program. Result? “We don’t do that so much anymore”. That was their response despite and entire section of their website dedicated to roof maintenance. Of note, I called this company a few years ago for a roof bid and couldn’t get them to come out and do that as well. Very weird business practice and responses. I’m baffled at their 5-star rating.
I am writing on behalf of my father whose English is not as fluent, but he told me that Gruwell Roofing was so easy and flexible to work with and that they did a great job with our roof and skylight. The project took only 3 days and everything was on schedule. He was very glad to have found them (Matt and Erin, the owners) and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof!
