It was a weekend call for our 91 year old mom, 90 degree day, and without hesitation Justin was able to be here that afternoon and took care of the issue and the unit was able to cool her house. He was here at the time he said he would be and was very kind and considerate. We can’t thank him enough. Oh… and he was very reasonably priced. We’ll be using the company in the future for all our air conditioning needs!

Just hired Perfect Climate today to replace our aging heat pump system that stopped working during cooling mode this week. I am very impressed with owner, Garrett's, quick scheduling of our appointment and his technician, Justin's, responsiveness, knowledge, and patience answering my husband's and my questions. These guys are definitely interested in coming up with the best solution for their customers. I made the call to them yesterday after reading all of the stellar reviews on Google. I recommend calling them for your HVAC needs.

I had a great experience with Justin over the phone asking him about how i could install my own A/C unit for my window. And instead of pushing me away or suggesting other options, he kindly and politely informed me on how I could do it myself and the best materials to use. Even though they don't deal with small window A/C units, he still helped me figure out what I needed and was very professional at the same time. I HIGHLY recommend this company because they are very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful with a smile.
