Petersen is our new 'go-to' plumbing services! They called to offer an earlier time and fixed a challenging problem quickly and efficiently! Do not hesitate hiring them.

I have called these guys several times to come in and take a look at my houses plumbing issues. They have repeatedly come into fix the same problem - and when they told me they were coming back to check it out again, they just ghosted me. No appointment, no update, no nothing. I tried to get an estimate for a plumbing repair project and have them close Off a drain in an updated bathroom that was improperly installed by the last owners of the house. They took out my antique shower head and it’s no where to be found - I was told they would locate it for me, but have received no contact. But they left before giving me the estimate. I called them to tell them I still needed the estimate and that it was the primary reason I’d called them out. So they sent people back out to fix the mistake. Then tried to charge me again for their mistake. I swore not to use them again and had my partner call a different plumber - unfortunately my partner forgot who I’d used before and called (you guessed it

Rated poorly as when we spoke over the phone you refused to even give a min max based on available details instead insisted the only way to get a clue as to cost was to pre pay 180.00 for a visit. Now that's poor customer service and you are alone with that policy vs your competition. Others very willing to base a phone estimate on #of fixtures and or no obligation site survey. Don't know anyone dumb enough to pay 200.00 blind.
