Very satisfied customer here. I had started roofing my house on my own, but couldn't finish due to a family emergency. Jack came out quickly and gave a good bid using the materials I had already purchased. We were scheduled for ways out, but as soon as there was a diecast of rain, he sent a crew to get our roof done so we wouldn't have any issues with a leaking roof. When all was said and done, it was less than two weeks from my initial call to the roof being completed. Whenever I have another roof project, I will definitely be calling Pinnacle.

Great experience, Jack gave a very detailed bid listing what he planned on doing, the cost associated with each item, how long it would take, when to expect them, how his guys would clean up daily, and keep the backyard gates shut in order to keep the dogs inside. In the contract he had warnings about plant damage in three places that we had to initial, his terms, when he would start, how long it would take, what was a fixed part of the quote, plus what he would charge to replace bad wood/trim. He graciously allowed us to upgrade some items after he started, and did not snark when we changed our minds after he placed the supply order, but before his guys started to install stuff. He promised 21 days to a new roof, they finished the house in under 18 days, the two fig trees we cared about, that we asked him to not damage were left in great shape. His guys cleaned up before they left each day, his crew worked EVERY dry day and some of the rainy days to make sure the roof was left water
