A Toms Plumbing van was driving well over the speed limit, swerving erratically between cars and tailgating on 126. Had to slam on my brakes as he tried to cut in front of me. Not a good look for the company. At least they probably won’t be late to the appointment, unless they crash before they get there.

Installed inferior exterior pipe (pex pipe rather than copper) then claimed it was a superior product. Installed a faucet without approval (and the faucet wasn't broken, the connection to the faucet was). Arrived an hour later but claimed they were waiting an hour, so charged us for that time. Charged us $200 over their estimate. When these issues were brought to the owner's attention, he was defensive, rude, and unprofessional -- and completely unwilling to rectify them in any way, claiming his company did a good job. These guys are awesome. We had had Peterson come twice and the issue was not taken care of, they changed hose and charged us. Tom's on the other hand spent some time on the phone with me giving me directions on what to look for. My husband accidentally unhooked a tube and water flooded our kitchen. Tom's came promptly and again gave us directions. They left and charged us nothing!!!! We are calling them to schedule new work we want done. They will be our guys from now on. I highly recommend this down to earth kind hearted business!!
