I could not be happier with the service from Twin Rivers. They helped fix a leaking shower drain from our upstairs bathroom that went undetected until it started to bubble the paint on our ceiling downstairs. Needless to say, we kinda panicked not knowing how bad it was. We called Twin Rivers and they were able to send someone over pretty quickly. Louis was assigned to our call. He was prompt, professional, and provided excellent service. Their people on the phone were helpful and courteous, too. If you need plumbing installed or repaired, these are the folks to call. I hired these guys to replace a tub in my bathroom. The connecting drain hookup leaked the first time we used the shower, like a lot. Which means they didn't check to see if their connection was good before they left. The second day they came back to finish the job and found another leak (at my request to be thorough) at the solder connection! So two leaks both of which they didn't catch before they left the job. Called to ask for a discount and they did not give one. Said they repaired for free so that should be good. I would have been happy with a 10% or something but nothing? C'mon guys.
