Of the 4 bids and walkthroughs I had, Scott and Rob from Legacy were by far the most friendly and genuine interaction. They were prompt and detailed answering all the questions I had regarding their proposal. They were not pushy during communication. Once I chose them, they were quick to schedule based on my availability. Scott, Rob, and Mike came prepared with facemasks and gloves to respect my space. The work went smoothly and quickly. The line-set they ran along the garage wall was tucked nicely, as to be not very noticable. Rob even fixed the common wire in my system to allow 5 wires to my nest thermostat. Overall, the workmanship looks amazing and summer heatwaves are nonexistent inside the home. I will be recommending Legacy to my friends and family going forward.
