Woke up the other morning and had luke warm water in all my faucets. By night time, the water was ice cold. Thought I needed a new water heater. :( Called Vitaliy, he was here on Friday and arrived early. Turned out the pilot light had gone out, he lit it, and that was it! :) All I can say is, Vitaliy was prompt, professional, funny and courteous. He also took the time to explain the “why, what and how.” Really nice guy and so was his helper. If I should ever need any type of plumbing, etc., I’ll be calling on Dilligent Plumbing! Thank you so much!!!!
