I had two ceiling lights converted to fan lights and one fully installed. Staff were friendly, it was easy to get an appointment. The plan was to get a quote but Kory was able to stay and get the work done in the same day. He worked with me to figure out what I needed. A week later I came to the conclusion that I wanted the switch to be a dimmer. Again, it was easy to get an appointment. Kory came back out and got it just the way I wanted.
