My refrigerator stopped working on Sunday. Called Diversified on Sunday expecting to leave a message. Sung Lee answered and was at my house by 9:00 Monday morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered a part, picked it up that afternoon and installed it early Tuesday morning. Quick, efficient service and fair price. We had a built-in microwave that started turning ON when we opened the door to put food in. Definite safety hazard. Also confusing. Called on a Friday afternoon, Song offered to come out same day or even Saturday. Very methodical and professional. Song opened the control panel, did some tests and reviewed the schematics. Then told us he knew what was wrong, what it would cost and that he could fix it immediately. Fixed it for us, showed us the defective part and explained why the replacement part he used was better.
