From the moment I called to get an inspection for our roof and discuss concern of a leak we had, to the end of Orion Roofing coming out to do the inspection, they have absolutely gone above and beyond to help service us. They temporarily fixed the crack that was causing the leak just to help keep our house protected in the meantime. They were also so quick to come out to do the inspection and look at the leak, which we were so appreciative of. Great impression so far and looking forward to working with them as they replace our roof! Orion Roofing exceeded expectations with their professionalism, quick responses, and follow through. When they said the would do something, they did. They showed up on time, they got proposals to me when they said they would, and they did it with a friendly and professional approach. Even though I didn't decide to hire them for my roof job, I would still recommend the company. They are a good group of professionals.
