I called Premier Pacific because of the good reviews and Josue came to do the estimate. He is knowledgeable, professional, and answered all of my many questions. The bid we got was competitive and we chose to go with the Presidential shingles for the dimensional effect. They were able to do the installation before winter, which was very important to us. We encountered a slight issue during the install, and this is where they really stood out. They jumped on and took care of the issue in an astounding manner. The roof is beautiful and has absolutely kept us warmer than before during the cold temperatures this week. I strongly recommend these guys to do your work. I just had this company do my high-pitch roof in inner NE, and my experience with them was very positive. The company is extremely professional -- clear quotes and contracts, good communication and follow-up, polite and respectful teams, and just nice people. The work appears to be well done (I'll update after more rain, but no leaks so far): shingles well laid, flashing installed not only cleanly but also to direct rain into gutters and away from edges, additional safety points installed. The quote was not the cheapest I received, but competitive (and not the highest), and the small additional cost above the lowest quote was tiny compared to what leak damage would cost or the hassle of having a less-than-professional crew. Peace of mind is worth something, and these guys stand behind their work. There was one small issue where the distribution company for the shingles did some minor damage to my neighbor's yard, but PPR was prompt to
