Now ex-contractor of choice for Sage Built Homes they single handily managed to completely screw up almost every home in our 6 house subdivision. One house the install of the furnace was so screwed up they got red flagged by NW Natural as every time the furnace turned on the whole neighborhood smelled like gas. Another neighbor had all the freeon gas leak out and ghosted them on getting the system fixed in the middle of blazing hot summer. My house was by far the worst out of the group. They undersized the A/C unit, and the complete furnace install was so messed up they had to get a different company in to completely redo the entire furnace, ductwork, and A/C install. Non code wiring and extremely poor craftmanship on all parts of furnace install. Inducer motor failed and instead of replacing it under warranty, slapped some silicon on it and called it good.
