If your home needs a new roof, look no further than CRS. Fernando Carlos was my project manager and worked on my roof along with his talented team. I knew that I didn’t have an easy roof to begin with, a bungalow style home with multiple faces and 3 dormer windows. Fernando was so thorough in his initial overview on the project and noted he would be there to work on the roof with his team. The team started and every step of the way Fernando shared progress each day and findings that neither of us expected. The previous owner had cut corners and used 1/4 inch plywood on the roof and not the standard 3/4. Fernando gave me the option to cover as it was, and the option to do it proper with the cost of new wood. I opted to do it right and was so appreciative of his expertise and the options he gave in case I couldn’t go the route that was recommended. Excellent job and quality. Kept us informed and provided a good price when damage found during shingle removal. Price was at the bottom of bids solicited. Fernando did a great job. Left house cleaner than when he arrived and gave me tips on other home improvement projects I have lined up. Very satisfied with the result.

Fernando came right on time to blow off my roof, clean and paint interior of gutters, seal and replace screens. He put on the new roof last summer and said he would be back. I am completely happy with the work he has done for me and I trust him and would recommend him to everyone. The fact that he came back on a Saturday one year later from the roof is impressive.
