Fernando came out very fast to give us a free no pressure estimate and go over types of roofing available and gave us options for what we needed for East County Area. He was very knowledgeable about the products he uses. We went with his recommendation of using the Arctic Seal on our roof. He gave us a quote and explained there could be unforeseen issues once they started taking the old shingles off. They were out within a couple days and began working on our roof. Fernando explained the job as they were going along keeping us informed of what they were doing and issues that arose. We are very happy with him and his crew they did an excellent job and we are highly recommending him. When they were done they cleaned everything up, they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with their work. Note: Even with the added expense of unforeseen issues he was still $7000 under the other bid we received. They are very efficient and fair priced. If you want quality work at a fair price F

Fernando came right on time to look at our roof for inspection assessment. He was very friendly and patient, and spent his time explaining the condition and discussing our options in detail. He was very thorough answering our questions. Highly recommended for roof replacements/repairs.

I can’t say enough about CRS! Fernando is absolutely the person you want to install your roof. His team is friendly and very professional. His attention to detail is absolutely amazing and he’s always available to answer any questions. No one likes to have to replace a roof but this company does it at a fair price and with amazing skill and materials. I don’t write many reviews but, it was such a great experience I had express how happy I was working with Fernando and CRS. And one last thing. I was impressed that one of the days that his workers were on the job he had pizza and drinks delivered for the team. That speaks to the true character of Fernando and how he treats his crew.
