The team at Cornel's was such a pleasure to work with! They were responsive, communicative, knowledgeable, and friendly. We had a pretty major piping issue and throughout the whole experience I felt like they were there to find solutions rather than look for ways to charge me for every little thing. The short review is that this is an extremely professional and competent company -- there is a reason they have so many good reviews, and I would not hesitate to use them again. I had them replace a failed sewer connection to the city after having multiple companies bid on the job. They did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done and providing evidence for it. They were great at listening to my concerns and ideas; on the day of the job, the team walked through what needed to be done, and together we came up with an alternate plan that saved most of my yard and a substantial amount of money. While the job was being done, they kept me well informed of what was happening and of what would need to be done afterwards, and they worked hard to make sure things were cleaned up and I was happy. You might find a plumber who will quote you a lower price, but the peace of mind that things are done right and won't fail was worth the small premium. Service: Sewer repair
