As new home owners in a pandemic it was difficult to navigate getting good help that was also affordable. After our furnace broke in November we tried to go through our home warranty and were matched with one of their contractors who did absolutely nothing for us, we waited for 10 weeks with no heat in 40 degree weather. Out of desperation we decided on an alternate route and we found Steve. Within 2 days he had a quote and timeline for us. He was honest, friendly and straight forward and even got us upgraded to a mini split without breaking the bank. His team got the job done in half the day and were super respectful, even showed us in-depth how to use the unit before leaving our house cleaner than when they arrived. Cost Plus Heating is truly the best. I reached out a few years back since the shop is just around the corner from my house. Steve was super helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He has never tried to sell me products or services I didn’t need and has even given me tips on things I could fix on my own. When my old furnace finally gave out, Steve installed a new one for a great price. Him and his son have also helped me a lot recently during the sale of that home... quickly stopping by to fix minor things that the new buyers requested. I would highly recommend Cost Plus to anybody in need of honest, efficient, and reliable service.

AC unit stopped working. Came out to diagnose and repair the very next day. Very quick and efficient. Also cleaned furnace filters. The cost was much lower then I was expecting and compare to other businesses that gave me quotes just to come look at the unit. Very happy customer. Service: A/C system repair
