Hey, would you like to spend $1,800 on having a plumber work for one hour to replace a sink and two valves? Then D&F Plumbing is for you. Like a lot of people, we were in a bind after the big freeze we had in late December 2022, and after we turned the water back on -- our kitchen sink had clogged hot and cold taps. We had Randy from D&F come out to look at it, and they got us in quicker than any other plumber we called. After assessing the situation for about thirty minutes and discussing with me all the options, he recommended replacing the fixture and the valves. The fixture was something that I could pick up at Ace for $90. The valves were about $10 each. After about forty minutes, he had the work done. He explained everything in great detail and was very kind, helpful and professional. Most plumbers in this town that I've called charge around $120 an hour (plus parts). If he'd have charged twice that -- even three times that -- I'd gladly give D&F 5 stars. But this was TEN TIMES w

I am sure they have been given 5 stars from many customers for exceptional service and my review was only one experience. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism of this company to take the time to follow up with me. They refunded the $ 119.00 that I paid for work that was not done. For this follow-up, I would like to give this company a 5 star.

Had a great experience with the D&F team. Scheduling was easy, with great communication and our plumber Loren was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he fix the issue but showed me the steps to fix it myself should it happen again. Would give 5 stars but the price was steep. Loren was upfront with the price so no issue there, just a surprisingly high hourly rate.
