AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME! If I could give Jim any more stars I would. Called out another heating & air company and they tried to convince me that I needed a new furnace. Jim was here 10 minutes and replaced one part and I was up and running again. Can't say enough great things about this guy.
We are repeat customers because we found a technician we can trust. The guy was extremely friendly and helpful and he explained everything he was doing and why, before he did it. They are fair priced as well, it was a lot less than I expected. I highly recommend this company.
Hansen Heating was a lifesaver for us. Our heater went out on a very cold night, and they was able to have it up and running again in less than 24 hours, and wasn't charged an arm and a leg. Thank you!!
