Heat Relief is amazing! I called the day before the 4th of July and was able to get a live person AND a tech out to my home that evening. Sean was fantastic. As I was not on-site, he sent me photos of the issue, text messages with updates and numerous phone calls so that I understood all that was the issue and how he was fixing it. The issue was resolved in 2 hours. The guests staying at my home were able to stay in a cool home, while it being 90+ outside. Heat Relief is coming back to my home to give me a quote for an upgraded system. They are fair, fast and knowledgeable and I can’t thank them enough! Ran into a issue with our new stove, needed a 3/4" solid gas supply line, existing was only 1/2". Heat relief was able to come out give a quote and do the work the same day.
