Heat Relief Heating & Cooling

The man that came out was great, nice guy but I’m beyond disappointed I'm the agency. I was quoted $104 upfront for the diagnostics that I was told included labor and gas was another $8. $333 later….I’m charged for the diagnosis and labor and nothing else. So I paid $333 to get told I’m screwed. Not a fan of getting lied to about costs. That’s a month of groceries. I don’t recommend this company.

This is hands-down one of the best companies I’ve ever encountered. We got a heat pump installed last year and we recently noticed some airflow issues. I called Heat Relief and they had someone at our house the very next day. It was really difficult to diagnose the issue and the team came back to our house several times to try and figure it out. They made us a priority and didn’t rest until they fixed the issue. The entire team from Brandon to John, Chris & Steve (and everyone else on the team who helped get to the bottom of this) have all been a pleasure. What an incredibly honest and ethical company. And now we have cold air again! Thanks again for all your hard work and dedication.

They were very professional and the tech was polite, punctual, and attentive. He and the company went above and beyond. Unfortunately I paid $260 for and appearance fee and diagnostic.. though they weren’t able to diagnose anything. Still don’t know what’s wrong officially with A/C because they are not a Lennox supplier. If you have a system they work with, I’d definitely recommend. If not, I’d suggest going with someone else.
