I hired Happy Gutters / IBEX Roof to remove my old gutters and downspouts and replace with new. Tom came out to do the estimate. He was thorough and answered my many questions. He brought samples so I could see all my choices. He patiently explained the pros and cons of each option. Then he gave me estimates on exactly the things I asked for. They were able to schedule my job within a reasonable amount of time. The installers were efficient and professional. They did great work. I'm very happy with the results. Contractors can vary--these guys are among the best I've hired. Very strongly recommended. We have an old house and hired a fancy structural engineer to go through all the issues. One of our first repairs was a roof leak caused by an improperly flashed skylight with incorrectly done roof tiles. We got bids from a ton of places. Ibex was the only one that correctly diagnosed the problem and needed repair. They were the second lowest bid. So we hired them and they were fantastic. Communicative, professional, and frankly just downright pleasant throughout. They set up visits promptly with little waiting. They arrived exactly on time. They called 30 minutes before to let me know when they were coming. They were consistently professional and upbeat. It was such a good experience that I asked how to leave a review, and they told me to wait a few weeks to make sure it held up consistently to rain first. It's been perfect.
