This was my first time needing a furnace replacement. I had several estimates and went with Morrison. I really appreciated the transparency and communication I received. Aaron and Brandon did an amazing job installing my gas furnance. They were very professional and completed the job quickly. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Morrison is now owned by Sunset. Estimate was CRAZY expensive. Maybe they are short-staffed and figure if they mark it up 2x, they'll make the most money with limited resources. Wanted 2 mini-splits installed at same location outside, to handle two indoor units 8' away (yes 8') on wall in LR and BR (back to back). Smallest units (9k and 12k). With "discount' and EnergyTrust $500, PGE $200 estimate was $18k. Yes, electrical conduit, breaker and cutoff switch needed to be installed and that was part of estimate. Why two mini-splits and not a multi? New Daikin R32 units not yet available in multi, but the refrigerant meets new climate change standards. I want to do the right thing, and the difference of the outdoor unit pricing shouldn't make more than $1k diff.
