Morrison Heating & Cooling

UPDATED 8/28/22: We are in the middle of a very poor experience working with Morrison Heating and Cooling. Our home had an old central AC system that needed replacing, and I got several bids from companies in the area. Morrison promised quality and their bid was more competitive than the other two companies, so I moved forward with them after reading reviews. The install was mid July. After the install, my nest thermostat stopped working (it had worked with my old system) and I managed to get it working after a reset. I called Morrison to please come take a look because the system wasn’t functioning as it should. A technician came out to check on it, and after he worked with some of the wiring my thermostat stopped working again. He said the system “just wouldn’t work” with the Nest, and that he’d install a temporary thermostat until they could come back to update the wiring for Nest. They replaced my heat pump and water heater. Competitive price. Showed up on time. Did nice work. Very polite. Would recommend. Very happy. My new heat pump started acting up in July a little over a year sense they installed it. I had them come out to fix it $129 later they did nothing but tell me if it acted up again they would replace two parts at no charge to me. Called them an hour ago was told I would have to pay another $129. I was told they have no record of what the repair teck had said and they would have to talk to a manager and call me back. I told them that if the manager did not agree don't bother calling back. W-a-i-t-i-i-n-g. There employees are NOT honest. Just had AC installed today and they were fantastic throughout the process, from quote to installation. They were communicative, efficient and friendly. Couldn't be happier with the service.
