I would 110% recommend John and Mt. Hood Heating Cooling & Ref., he and his team went above and beyond to deliver what we asked for. With our over 100 year old house, the job ended up being more complicated then anticipated but John reassessed and was still able to complete a quality job in a timely manner, the way we wanted it. They were communicative, kind, and respectful throughout the whole process.

Nice people! Very professional; gets the job done, in a timely matter. Most important, is they clean up after their work is finished! The fact that their name implies, far, east county, means, nah dad! Have van will travel!

So incredibly happy to finally have A/C… and it is all thanks to John at Mt. Hood Heating Cooling & Refrigeration!!! The most recent heatwave was unbearable. We had family staying with us from Arizona, and they could hardly take the heat in our house. The extremely high temperatures combined with constant sun throughout the day, and skylights, our home was OVER 100 degrees WITH window A/C units. It was awful! I decided to reach out to John at Mt. Hood Heating Cooling & Refrigeration during the heatwave. I figured he would be overwhelmed with clients. To my surprise, he got back to me right away. Even came out to my house that week to provide an estimate. The estimate was far below what we were expecting, and we decided to go forward as soon as possible. We scheduled the install, which I was so grateful for his flexibility on the scheduling, working with me and my crazy schedule. He arrived on time for the install, and everything went great!
