I’m a tenant at a property that Pacific Exteriors is working on, Emerald Place Apartments. All tenants here are pretty disappointed by the lack of professionalism by Pacific Exteriors when it comes to safety. Loud employees, lack of expectations set, and timelines that are delayed by 6+ months. Icing on the cake, my dog stepped on a nail-plank that they just left out right in front of my unit. Services: Exterior painting, Roof installation, Window installation
