I can't say enough about this team! We needed to get Central Air installed quickly for my Mom who lives in the duplex next to me. She is 83 with health issues and due to other repairs and upgrades we were behind with the AC Even though I started getting quotes two weeks ahead of time all of a sudden my timeline was cut short as a heatwave was expected May 13th and we were at May 8th! We had to get the AC in and quickly. I called PDX heating and cooling, who had already given a quote, and explained the situation. They not only said they could get it in they scheduled an emergency install at no extra cost and came the very next day! To make it even more complex for them my mom insisted they come after 12PM and they accommodated! Once they got here they could not have been nicer and did a great job on installation! Wonderful folks and great company! The AC is still working great now that it's been about 10 days.

Kurt and his team have been a life-saver twice now. Our AC went out in 2021 during the heatwave and he was super-responsive and got us set up with a new AC very quickly. He was able to help arrange financing for the unexpected expense. Our 15 year old heater just went down. He arrived the next day and made efforts to repair it over two days, and when it was found to be dead he was able to get a new furnace installed quickly. He is fair in pricing and very conscientious.
